Main uses
This machine can conduct mechanical properties testing and analysis research on metal, non-metal and composite materials, and is widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, mechanical manufacturing, plastic rubber, ceramic building materials, metal materials, construction engineering and other industries, as well as universities, scientific research institutions, technical supervision, quality inspection stations and other departments. Tensile, compression, bending, shear and various high and low temperature tests can be carried out according to GB/ISO/ASTM/JIS/DIN standards, and the yield strength, tensile (pressure, bending) strength, elongation, non-proportional strength, elastic modulus and other parameters of the material can be detected.
Host structure
The machine adopts a dual-space floor-standing structure, with the upper space stretched and the lower space compressed and bent. The main machine part consists of four columns, upper beam, middle beam and workbench. The speed control system is installed at the lower part of the workbench. The Japanese Panasonic AC servo motor with high speed control accuracy, wide range and stable performance drives the ball screw to rotate through the synchronous toothed belt reduction system. The ball screw sub-drives the middle beam, which drives the tension attachment (or compression and bending attachment) to move up and down, realizing the loading and unloading of the sample. This structure has high stiffness, high efficiency and stable transmission. The main components of the host are processed in the machining center to ensure the accuracy of the host.

Test platform
This machine uses brand computers as hardware platform, and uses computer PCI (plug and play PNP technology) slot to directly connect to the test machine acquisition and control system to tell, accurately and in real time to collect and process data. The measurement and control software uses the WINDOWS operating system as the platform, with a gentle interface, intuitive, clear layers and simple operation. The measurement and control software can meet the test and testing of different materials. Physical competency tests of various materials can be tested according to relevant international standards, national standards or industry standards, and users' ideal reports can be output.
Test force measurement:
Load measurement: 0.02%FS high stability and high precision imported spoke load sensor, equipped with a high-performance measurement and amplification system, ensures high resolution of the test force. Multiple sensors can be configured according to user needs to realize measurement of a wide range of test forces.
Sample deformation measurement: The 24-bit A/D conversion microcontroller acquisition system is used to realize the deformation measurement of the sample through computer data processing.
Displacement measurement: The 2000P/R high-precision imported photoelectric encoder is used to rotate coaxially with the precision lead screw, and the relative displacement of the upper and lower chucks is measured after frequency multiplication by digital circuit.
Test force control system
It adopts an imported fully digital AC servo controller to control a high-performance AC servo motor to drive a synchronous toothed belt, driving two pairs of high-precision, clearance-free precision lead screw transmission. It has stable loading, good low speed performance, no gaps, high transmission efficiency and low noise
