XNR-400B Melt Flow Rate Determination Device

Used to determine the fluidity of thermoplastic polymers at high temperatures, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyformaldehyde, ABS resin, polycarbonate, nylon fluoroplastic and other polymers.

The XNR-400B model adopts an industrial PLC programmable controller, an LCD operating platform, and the temperature part adopts a separate temperature unit and LED digital display. The automatic temperature control of the machine is divided into three types: manual, time control and automatic material cutting methods, which can realize two test methods: mass method (MFR) and volume method (MVR). The machine can measure the melt density of the raw materials at the test temperature, and the system also has a temperature calibration function.
