The HLN160 portable Richter hardness meter can easily and quickly measure a variety of hardness values ​​(HL, HRC, HRB, HRA, HB, HV, HS) of multiple metal materials. This product is displayed in all Chinese, with a humanized interface, rich content, beautiful, clear and generous text and graphics, and is not affected by voltage fluctuations. To ensure measurement accuracy, it has dual functions of software calibration and hardware calibration. It can be equipped with seven impact devices, which are automatically recognized by the host, and there is no need to recalibrate during replacement. When leaving the factory, after multiple strict precision processing procedures, the accuracy is higher and the measured value is more stable. With a micro printer, it also has functions such as preset tolerance limit, over-limit alarm, display clock, etc., and is an intelligent and high-hardness testing instrument.
It is mostly used to measure heat treatment hardness and mold hardness. The DL impact device can be used to measure the hardness of narrow parts such as gears.
Features
