After the test is completed, the test results of the material's force, tensile strength, yield strength, elastic modulus, elongation after break, and cross-section shrinkage are automatically obtained.
The data acquisition system adopts the advanced design methods, design concepts and technologies of today. The circuit adopts a PC12.1 bus structure, making the circuit design more simple, compact and reasonable, and the system maintenance is more convenient. The software system adopts a standard database design, which is powerful but simple to use. Electronic measurement collects test data, fully automatic control of the test process, automatic analysis of the test end, printing of reports and curves. This system is suitable for the technical transformation of a full series of hydraulic universal testing machines from manufacturers such as Jinan, Changchun, Hongshan, Shenke, Guangzhou, etc.
1. Transformation method
- In the originalTesting machineHigh-precision hydraulic sensor is installed on the dynamometer;
- Add one computer, one printer, and one set of electro-hydraulic servo control systems, and add an AD800 measuring and control electrical system to the computer;
- Install a set of special MaxTest general software on your computer;
- The measurement and control signals are processed and managed on the computer through the MaxTest software.

- Test force classification: no grading is equivalent to four ratings throughout the whole process (the resolution remains unchanged throughout the whole process);

- Deformation measurement range: 0-15mm;
- Effective measurement range of deformation: 2%~100%FS;
- Deformation resolution: 1/300,000 of the deformation;
- Deformation measurement accuracy: better than ±0.5% of the displayed value;
- Displacement measurement range: 0~250mm;
- Displacement display limit error: ±1% better than the display value;
- Displacement resolution: 0.01mm;
- Control methods: three closed-loop controls for constant stress, constant deformation, and constant displacement;
- Constant velocity stress control range: 2~60Mpa;
- Relative error of stress rate: ≤±5% of the set value;
- Constant velocity strain control range: 0.00025/s~0.0025/s;
- Relative error of strain rate: better than the set value ≤±5%;
- Constant velocity displacement control range: 0.2~70mm/min;
- Relative error of displacement velocity: better than the set value ≤±5%;
