This instrument complies with the following standards: GB/T 4956-1985 measurement of the thickness of non-magnetic cover layer on magnetic metal matrix, magnetic method; GB/T 4957-1985 measurement of the thickness of non-conductive cover layer on non-magnetic metal matrix, eddy current method. JB/T 8393-1996 Magnetic and eddy current cladding thickness measuring instrument JJG 889-95 "Magnetic Resistance Thickness Meter" JJG818-93 "Eddy current Thickness Meter".
Features:
All-Chinese interface operation is more convenient;
This instrument adopts two methods of thickness measurement: magnetic and eddy current
Can be equipped with 7 types of probes F400, F1, F1/90°, F10, CN02, N1
495 measured values can be stored;
Limits can be set: the measured values outside the limit can be automatically alarmed; and a batch of measured values can be analyzed using histograms;
LCD dot matrix LCD, LED backlight display;
It has the function of communicating with the PC: it can transmit measured values and statistical values to the PC for further processing of data;
It has an error prompt function, and error prompts are made through screen display or beeping;
There are two shutdown methods: manual shutdown method and automatic shutdown method.
