4 Analysis methods:
The external dissolving sample and photoelectric colorimetric method are used.
5 Standard curve:
Memorize and store 15 curves, and use the regression method to establish the curve equation.
6 Input and output methods:
Film-specific input keyboard, LED digital tube display printing output.
7 The wavelength of the 3B type replacement light source has pre-adjustment potentiometer adjustment parameters; the 3C type adjusts the parameters with band switches; the 3D type is the same as the 3B type, but the light source uses a white LED plus a filter.
Main features
A microcontroller is used to realize program control and data processing. It can quickly and accurately measure the mass fraction of various elements in steel and non-ferrous metals, with high degree of automation, accurate and reliable quantitative addition, and small reagents. It improves the accuracy and precision of analysis, and can directly display the mass fraction and print it.
Adopt cold light source patented technology and imported optoelectronic components, self-calibrating zero point and fullness;
Single-chip microcomputer control, shortcut function keys, 3 channels, 15 curves can be stored;
Replace cold light sources with different wavelengths with pre-adjust potentiometers to facilitate adjustment, expanding the types and content range of measuring elements;
The machine has easy to dissolve samples, no valves and pipe aging, which extends service life.
