1.5 package service
1. Under normal storage, transportation, maintenance and use conditions of customers, and when they cannot be used normally due to product manufacturing quality problems, they will provide "five packages: warranty, return, replacement, delivery, and disassembly" services. The warranty period of the product is usually one year, and the warranty can be extended according to user needs.
2. When we receive feedback on quality information, we will quickly deal with the opinions, or rush to the site to deal with the problems. After normal operation, we will analyze the reasons and clarify responsibilities.
3. Jinan Hengsi Shanda Instrument Co., Ltd. provides necessary technical documents and product factory certificates and other related documents for the products that are shipped out of the factory.
4. Provide spare parts, spare parts and installation, commissioning, and maintenance services in a timely manner and provide technical training for relevant customers according to customer needs or agreements.
5. For large-scale engineering projects, production, testing and inspection will be organized according to the requirements of the bidding documents, and will cooperate with customers on-site acceptance.
1. Free service
(1) Due to the product's design and manufacturing quality problems.
(2) During the warranty period, quality problems caused by non-human factors occur during the normal use of the product.
(3) Large-scale engineering projects or large-scale products shall be subject to the agreement between the two parties.
2. Paid Services
(1) Failures caused by the customer disassembling the product or repairing it without permission.
(2) Product repairs exceeding the "five pack" period.
3. Products not provided by our factory or counterfeit and inferior products are not included in the scope of service.
4. If the user is improperly operated and is not within the warranty period, our factory will not bear any responsibility.
When customers use the company's products, if they find that the product cannot be used normally, they can immediately consult our customer service department and explain in detail the model, specifications, usage environment, fault conditions, purchase date and service requirements of the used products. If the customer service department of our factory makes a handling proposal and still cannot be resolved, then a decision will be made to send someone or make other treatments.
