QL-CS20H intelligent carbon-sulfur high-speed analyzer is widely used in metallurgical casting, mining, construction, machinery, electronics, environmental protection, health, chemical industry, electricity, technical supervision and other departments, and can detect the content of various chemical components in materials such as steel, iron, ferroalloy, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, zinc alloy, tin, lead alloy, pretreatment solution, plating solution, steel oxide liquid and phosphating liquid.

◇Measurement range: carbon 0.02%-6.00% sulfur 0.003%-0.240%
◇Measurement accuracy: Comply with GB223.69 standard
◇Measurement time: about 45 seconds
◇Environmental conditions: Room temperature 0-40℃, air pressure 90.658-106.658KPa.
◇Analysis time: 45 seconds for DL1A arc furnace (two absorptions for 85 seconds)
Performance characteristics of intelligent carbon sulfur instrument:
◇Automatic carbon fixation, manual sulfur drop
◇Using sensing technology, automatic printing of test reports
◇Gas capacity method differential pressure fixed carbon, the microcontroller automatically performs data processing by the detection result of a high-sensitivity air pressure sensor to realize the automation of carbon reading.
◇The detergent sulfur is manually titrated by the iodine quantity method, which realizes digital display and direct reading of the analysis results.
◇Different sample size test results are displayed and read directly without manual conversion.
◇The sulfur titration addition liquid has no electrode control, reducing the failure rate;
◇Using isolated touch buttons to eliminate interference and reduce failure rate, convenient operation and novel structure.
◇Different materials can be absorbed once or twice to improve the accuracy of analysis.
