The product is used to test the properties and defects of metal wires with a diameter of 2-8mm and the performance of plastic deformations due to repeated bending. According to the requirements of the majority of users, the product is randomly supplied with four sets of clamping jaws and lever sizes with test wire diameters of >2.0-3.0mm, >3.0-4.0mm, >4.0-6.0mm, and >6.0-8.0mm. Users can specially order clamping jaws and levers with test wire diameters of 0.3-2.0 and >8.0-10mm as needed. When using the equipment for testing, first select a clamping jaw with the corresponding arc radius and install the positioning pins on the alignment hole alignment support. Then use a lever with a suitable aperture to install it in the rectangular groove of the bend arm and tighten it with a nut. The lever with a wire diameter >2.0-3.0mm is installed at the lower end of the rectangular groove at the lower side; the lever with a wire diameter >3.0-4.0mm is installed at the upper end of the rectangular groove at the lower side; the lever with a wire diameter >4.0-6.0mm is installed at the lower end of the rectangular groove at the upper side; the lever with a wire diameter >6.0-8.0mm is installed at the upper end of the rectangular groove at the upper side. This does not require any measurement or adjustment, and the distance from the top of the curved arc to the bottom surface of the lever is in line with the requirements of the GB238-84 test method. The number of bends is automatically counted by the counter. After the test, turn the zero-back handle on the left end of the counter counter counter counter counter counter counter counter counter counter counter counter counter counter counter clockwise to return the number to "00000" so that the next test can be recounted.
